Last updated October 17, 2026. This page explains what Restaurant SEO Company ("we") collects on restaurantseo.company and what we do with it.
What we collect
- What you type into our forms and chat: your name, email, restaurant name, website, location, the options you pick and your message. For a call request, the day and time you choose and, if you want a phone call, your phone number.
- The chat conversation you have with the site assistant, when you choose to send a question to the team. The assistant is a scripted program, not a person and not an AI model, and the conversation is kept in your browser tab until you send it.
- Technical data needed to deliver the site and stop spam: your IP address and browser details, processed by our host and by Cloudflare Turnstile.
We don't run analytics or advertising trackers on this site, and we don't sell or rent personal data.
Why we use it
To answer you, to send the audit, quote, payment link or call confirmation you asked for, and to keep a record of the conversation. Your contact details are also stored in our email provider's contact list as a backup of the request.
Who processes it for us
- Brevo sends our emails and stores the contact list.
- Cloudflare runs the Turnstile spam check and forwards email sent to our address.
- Vercel hosts the website and the form endpoints.
How long we keep it
Messages and contact records are kept as long as we need them to answer you and to keep a record of our work together. Ask us at any time and we delete them.
Your choices
Write to support@restaurantseo.company to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to stop any emails. We answer within one business week at most, usually within a day.
Children
This site is for business owners and isn't directed at children under 16.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
